FROZEN BLACKBERRIES// 1 cup
FLAXSEED// 2 table spoon
"30 CALORIE SILK" ALMOND MILK//1 cup
"LIGHT MADHAVA" AGAVE NECTER//2 table spoon
CHIA SEED//1 table spoon
ICE//5 cubes
AVOCADO//1 slice
